Normally, it takes around 7-12 days for us to complete your order. The processing time is 2-4 business days. After your order is successfully processed, you will be provided with a tracking number for the designated shipment. Most orders are received within a week’s period after the processing time is completed.
Yes, we can ship your order to any place in the world. Our suppliers comprise wide distribution networks that span all over the world. They include warehouses in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.
Our products are 100% original and defined to the description. They are tested by our QC team before they leave the factory. There is no room for error when shipping our products to the customer. However, there may be a few intricate color differences as the screen colors are perceived differently from different computer screens.
We have our own tracking number which can be tracked on your receipt email. You will be provided with a tracking number once the processing time is completed. Please note that some international shipping methods are more expensive than others, depending on where you are located and the selected shipping method.
