What are the steps of order processing?

The following process is utilized when you order something from our online store.

The customer selects a product and quantity. Then the customer is taken to the order page where they can select size and color options for the order. The customer clicks “Checkout” and is taken to the payment page. After the remaining information is completed on the payment page, the order is placed and the transaction is completed.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

The delivery is free for all purchases made from our online store. Regular delivery takes place by the fastest shipping method available in your locality and is usually completed within 7 -12 days of purchase. Note: Sale items may take 4 – 6 weeks to reach you.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Also, we offer free returns and exchanges for all eligible items. You can return or exchange a new, unused and unworn item during that timeframe after receiving it. We will issue you a refund. What if the delivery driver couldn't locate my address?

For any reason, if your delivery driver could not locate you, the order may be delayed. In this case, the courier company will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule a new delivery time or ask for a precise location for delivery. Normally, delivery companies hold untraceable orders for 3 – 5 business days before they are returned to the shipper. If your order is returned to us for any specific reason, we will be liable to refund you or arrange for redelivery.
